I love the original stage play (musical) and I am really wanting to see the remake by Tim Burton, has anyone seen it at the theaters yet and what did you think of it? Overall I am a Tim Burton fan so I am hoping that I won't be disappointed. Any input would be wonderful!

We saw the movie and loved it. I think Tim Burton is either fantastic (Corpse Bride) or TOTALLY off the Mark (Planet of the Apes) but this was one of his successes. The only thing we missed was the title song (attend the tale of Sweeny Todd...) which I think they could have sung over the beautifully filmed opening credits.
